Got questions?

Everything you need to know.

Answers to the most common questions about our programs, sessions, and what to expect at Release Clinic.

Your first session starts with your story, symptoms, goals, and a movement assessment. Dr. Shaar will explain what he finds, begin appropriate care when suitable, and give you a clear plan for the next step.

It depends on your condition, irritability, history, and goals. Some issues improve quickly; others need a longer strengthening or habit-change plan. You will get a realistic recommendation after the initial evaluation.

It is a 90-day plan for adults who want to maintain strength, balance, mobility, and confidence. Sessions may include assessment, progressive exercise, balance training, posture work, and hands-on care depending on your needs.

No referral needed. You can book directly with Dr. Shaar. If your case requires coordination with a physician or specialist, we will communicate with them on your behalf.

Physiotherapy should not feel like blindly pushing through pain. Some techniques can create short-term discomfort, but treatment is explained, consent-based, and adjusted to your tolerance.

Yes, home visits are available for patients who cannot travel to the clinic. Availability depends on location and scheduling. Use the booking form to ask whether a home visit is possible in your area.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that allow easy movement. For lower limb assessments, shorts are ideal. For upper body or spine issues, a loose t-shirt works well. You don't need to bring anything special, just yourself.
